David was great! He was exactly on time and very knowledgeable, even found things that were going bad. Explained some items that could be upgraded and had them on his truck. He did the job very quickly and expained everything about the new items installed. Did a complete function check. Glad I called them because I thought it was just a broke tension spring. And yes I saw and felt all the parts that were bad. And they were bad. Will definitely call if needed again. And yes I have a years warranty.
