David was great! He was exactly on time and very knowledgeable, even found things that were going bad. Explained some items that could be upgraded and had them on his truck. He did the job very quickly and expained everything about the new items installed. Did a complete function check. Glad I called them because I thought it was just a broke tension spring. And yes I saw and felt all the parts that were bad. And they were bad. Will definitely call if needed again. And yes I have a years warranty.

After many attempts to find a company to expediently come and repair my garage door I finally got in touch with American Pro Garage Doors....He repair and replaced broken pulls, broken cables, rollers, and sensors, tighten torsion springs...Needles to say I was completely satisfied with the workmanship he provided. Called them after 9pm on a Saturday night when we discovered our spring had broken. They were at my place at 11am the next day, David, our technician, was very polite, professional and worked quickly. We were presented with 3 reasonably priced repair options. He also wore his mask the entire time and there was a touch less invoice for me to pay when he was done. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would work with them again.
